CLEAR is Charity of the Year for Inverted Fitness
CLEAR is delighted to announce that the Penzance fitness studio Inverted Fitness have selected them as their charity of the year.
Natalie Jose, of Inverted Fitness said: “CLEAR and Inverted Fitness are such a great fit – we are both actively supporting our local communities. We offer fitness classes that are suitable for women and girls any shape, size and ability – including providing a supported environment for women and girls who have been affected by abuse. And CLEAR support people young and old, including children, with counselling and therapy who have been impacted by abuse and other an emotional trauma. It is great that we can do our bit to help them keep up their great work and look forward to working with over the coming year.”

Inverted Fitness classes are designed to help people keep active, tone up, work on those fitness goals and de-stress by leaning to fly, dangle upside down or jump and dance around. They are based at studios in Penzance.
