Invictus CLEAR Counselling helps young people aged 11-21 who are struggling with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. This service has a specific referral route (see below for details).
Invictus CLEAR Counselling is for young people living in Cornwall aged between 11 and 21 who are struggling with issues that are affecting their mental health and wellbeing such as:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Self-harm
- Relationship difficulties
- Learning Coping Skills
What we offer:
If Invictus CLEAR Counselling is the right service for you, we typically offer between 6 and 12 sessions of support, however this can vary according your needs and circumstances. Support can include
- Psycho education or counselling support for parents / carers
- 1-2-1 counselling for young people
Counselling can be face to face or online according to where you live and your personal circumstances. We do not provide face to face counselling in your home but will arrange a mutually convenient time and venue..

While we would like to help everyone who asks for our support, this is not always possible – other services will be trained and equipped to provide specialist support and we will support you to access these services. If you are already receiving counselling/therapy we also won’t be able to offer you counselling at the moment.
