Children and Young People’s Trauma Recovery Service Clinical Lead

We have a vacancy for a Clinical Lead to support delivery of our BACP accredited counselling and therapy services.

You will be joining CLEAR at an exciting time for the charity and be part of a wider service development that seeks to continuously improve our services for children, young people and adults across Cornwall.

CLEAR is committed to supporting continued professional development and the wellbeing of all team members. External supervision for the role will be funded.

CLEAR Sessional Trainer

As a Sessional Trainer/Facilitator at CLEAR, you will support the Charity’s vision, mission and objectives through delivering high-quality training that strengthens skills development in the workforce, develops a wider understanding of trauma, abuse and safeguarding, supports positive emotional wellbeing and contributes to sustainable systemic change. You will deliver accredited, non-accredited and bespoke training to a wide range of audiences.

Child and Young Person Sessional Therapists

CLEAR delivers BACP accredited counselling and therapy services, with high standards of care and conduct in line with the BACP Ethical Framework. We are committed to championing children’s rights and putting children and young people’s voices and needs at the core of our service development. As a CLEAR CYP sessional therapist you will provide effective evidence-based therapies for children, young people and their families/carers to help repair, resolve, and overcome the impact of emotional trauma and to build emotional wellbeing and resilience. You will provide a safe, confidential Child and Young person-centered therapeutic setting with appropriate trauma-informed models of therapy / counselling.

Adult Sessional Counsellor

As part of the Adult Service Team at CLEAR you will be supporting survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence to heal and flourish after trauma. Abuse may have occurred at any point in a survivors life. You will work on a sessional, self-employed basis to provide 1-2-1 trauma informed counselling to individuals who have been referred to CLEAR.

Clinical Placement & Employee Assistance Programme Co-ordinator

You will be joining the CLEAR team in an exciting new role, working alongside the Adult Service Clinical lead to help the charity to support workforce development in the counselling professions and workforce wellbeing across all sectors.

As a Clinical Supervisor for CLEAR you will be supporting the Leadership Team and our employed and sessional therapists of counsellors to deliver the highest quality care and support so that children and adults have the opportunity to build emotional resilience and positive wellbeing and to flourish after trauma. You will be part of a charity that delivers the only BACP accredited counselling and therapy service in Cornwall.
