This is a 1-day course designed to gain an understanding of signs of Mental Health Issues. A range of First Aid for Mental Health related subjects are covered.  This course will cover ways in which a positive mental health culture can be supported in the workplace. It will provide learners with comprehensive knowledge on a range of the most common mental health conditions, along with the skills to be able to act should a condition be suspected.
