CLEAR is a registered charity based in Cornwall providing therapeutic support for Children and Young People aged between 0 and 18 years - and up to 25years with additional needs - who have experienced abusive relationships.

We are delighted to share with you that we have recently secured additonal funding, awarded by the Police Crime Commissioner, to expand our services further. Part of this fund is to develop our new service in Cornwall called ‘CLEAR and SECURE’ for support for children and young people and their families who have been impacted directly or are at risk of Child Sexual Explotation (CSE) .

We currently offer a range of services which include therapeutic 1-1 counselling , Psycho education therapeutic support for parents and carers, Group therapy, School workshops on Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships and CSE support.

  • Healthy Relationships Facilitators
    These posts are open to individuals who would like to be involved in the delivery of the Healthy Relationships Education Program in schools throughout Cornwall.

  • SESSIONAL COUNSELLORS / THERAPISTS - Children and Young People (Throughout Cornwall particularly North /East /West County ) £40.00 per session + Travel
    To be qualified to Degree / Dip level in Psychological therapy/ Counselling through a range of creative models, Art, Music, Drama, Play, Narrative but not essential. You must have undertaken additional qualifications in Child and Adolescent therapy to work with trauma. You must hold an up to date Child protection training certificate. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience working with Children and Young People in a therapeutic setting and have acquired or be working towards BACP/ HCPC/UKCP accreditation. (This post is offered on a self employed basis only)
    You will be working throughout Cornwall as a Sessional Counsellor (self employed) localised to where you live, with Children and Young People both individually and within groups, who have witnessed or experienced abusive relationships.
